Engineering Technician - Sanctuary Team

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Engineering Technician – Sanctuary Team, contributes to the overall success of the Lion ESS (Energy Storage System) Product Line of Lion Energy

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:

• Provides Technical Support to Installers
• Works with customers on occasion to help answer technical system questions
• Collects/analyses data and offers recommendations for improving processes/designs
• Contributes to creating training materials for educating new installers on the Sanctuary ESS
• Offers support for new and existing ESS product offerings
• Participates in web calls with Installers to educate and answer questions on the Sanctuary ESS
• Works closely with team members on projects
• Troubleshoots issues on new and existing Sanctuary installs

REQUIRED EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

• High School Diploma required. Additional education preferred
• Working knowledge of Residential and Commercial Energy Storage Systems (ESS) preferred
• Train and mentor other internal team members
• Critical thinking skills
• Communication skills
• Detail oriented
• Experience in solar plan permitting and installation (desired)
• Electrical experience desired
