Fantastic Customer Service
I ordered their solar panels along with the Safari + ME. They noticed I did not order an extensions cord, which I really need and forgot to get it. They contacted me and asked it I needed one, gave me a number to call to order it. So, I searched Lion's web site and ordered the extension. Then they check back to remind me that I would probably need one. Best customer service I have had in years. Not too many companies have this good of personalized customer service. Berle Bigelow

Great cable I cannot use
High quality and durable but requires an adapter that is not provided to be able to plug into solar panels on one side and the lion Trek on three other side. Customer service advised it's on back order.
