1. Eligibility: a. The giveaway drawing is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. b. The giveaway is open to residents of the United States only. c. Employees, representatives, and immediate family members of Lion Energy or Morning Side are not eligible to enter.
2. Entry Methods: a. No purchase necessary: Participants can enter the giveaway drawing without making a purchase. They can enter by filling out an online form above. b. Purchase Entries: Participants can receive additional entries based on the total cart value of purchases made with eligible Morningside products on the site lionenergy.com during the giveaway period as follows: 25 entries for total cart purchases between $500 and $2,400, 75 entries for total cart purchases between $2,000 and $3,999, and 200 entries for total cart purchases over $4,000. C. Purchases must be made during the specified timeframe to be eligible for entry and must only contain Morningside-designated products based on the internal SKUs as designated by Lion Energy.
3. Giveaway Period: a. The giveaway drawing begins on July 5, 2023, at 9:00 am Mountain time and ends on July 14, 2023, at 5:00 pm, Mountain time (the "Giveaway Period"). b. Entries received outside the Giveaway Period will not be considered.
4. Prize Details: a. The prize is one Lion Energy Sanctuary battery unit and one inverter including installation at the prize winner’s home location. b. The approximate retail value (ARV) of the prize is $20,000. c. The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
5. Winner Selection: a. The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. b. The drawing will take place within five business days after the Giveaway Period ends. c. The odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
6. Winner Notification: a. The potential winner will be notified via email and/or phone within five business days following the drawing. b. The potential winner must respond to the notification within three business days and provide any necessary information for prize fulfillment. c. If the potential winner does not respond within the specified timeframe or fails to comply with these Official Rules, an alternate winner may be selected.
7. Prize Claim and Delivery: a. The confirmed winner will be required to provide their full name, mailing address, and any additional information necessary for prize delivery. b. The prize will be delivered to the winner via standard shipping. c. Lion Energy will manage the delivery and installation of the Sanctuary system.
8. Publicity: a. By participating in the giveaway drawing, participants grant Lion Energy the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes, without further compensation.
9. General Conditions: a. Lion Energy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway drawing at any time without notice. b. By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Lion Energy, its affiliates, partners, and employees from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their participation or acceptance of the prize. c. Lion Energy is not responsible for any technical, typographical, or other errors in the administration of the giveaway drawing or the announcement of the winner.
10. Governing Law: a. The giveaway drawing and these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
