We live in Florida where it's common to get storms, hurricanes and other severe weather. The Lion Energy Lion Cub GO Generator is a great item to have for emergency situations or when there will be short-term power outages. Be aware that this is not like a regular emegency power bank. This item is quite large. You can plug in one regular device, such as a lamp, television or radio. I've never seen that on a power bank like this. You then get a great variety of ports from car accessory/cigarette lighter, a couple of USB ports and a USB-C port.
Testing this unit, it worked perfectly. The time a device will stay on will vary wildly, depending how much power draw there is. For a small television, it'll last about an hour. Our larger television lasts 15 minutes. An LED lamp will last hours. The nice thing is that this power brick can be paired with a Lion Energy solar panel, which can charge it up in a day (on a sunny day) or more likely, over a couple of days. But when you're in the middle of an emergency situation, this is a great thing to have when desperate to charge up a phone or even just use the built-in flashlight. We keep this out on the desk all the time, just in case it's needed.
