Should have bought more panels initially.

I had purchased the Safari and XT with two panels. I expected limited use, but it worked so well we use it much more than anticipated. Being in Arizona we have plenty of sunshine. Adding panels is super easy.

Augmenting my Safari solar generator

I decided to expand my solar panel capacity and ordered this 3rd 100W panel. It arrived promptly and when I attached it to my generator (on a sunny day), it immediately began charging. Good quality and reliability. Prompt delivery (after hurricane season).

A+ customer service

I purchased the expansion battery for my Safari, and started having charging issues after about 4 months. Luckily, I live near the facility and was able to drop it off for them to look at. It turns out a board had gone bad in it. They had it fixed and fully charged for me to pick up the next day! Keep up the good work.

Not constructed like previous model

The previous version of the solar panel was a much better design. The two locking mechanisms, adjustable support angle feet, overall construction is lacking on this new version. The carrying case on the previous model is also superior. The model change was a fail/step back!
