Dissatisfied with overall experience

I purchased the Safari extra power unit bundled with Solar panels and EMP bag and never got the extra power unit going on 3 weeks now and was charged in full.Every time I called lion energy they would straight lie to you and say you gonna receive it today which I never do or did!Let alone they don’t even let the customer upgrade their own shipping option
